At your consultation we use state of the art measuring devices to obtain your individual set of data and arrive at a customized solution for your lenses. The adjustment process

Initial appointment & assessment

Your first appointment lasts approximately one hour. In this time your visual performance is determined and your individual needs are discussed.

Eye examination (3D technology)

Your eyes will be examined in detail using measuring instruments with the latest 3D laser technology.

Personalised consultation

We’ll advise you on the best contact lenses for your individual needs.

Trial contact lenses & fitting

Afterwards, or at the next appointment, you will receive your trial contact lenses. We will also advise you on the best ways to care for your contact lenses.

Follow-up appointment & fine-tuning

At your final appointment, of approximately 30 minutes, you will receive a follow up eye check, including a material compatability check. If any correctional changes are necessary they will be implemented immediately.

Pick up contact lenses immediately

We have almost all power ranges for daily lenses and two-week lenses on our stock in Basel. If you need your lenses right now, contact us by phone ( 061 272 15 15 ). We will prepare your order and you can pick it up within a few minutes.

Contact lens check

To maintain healthy eyes and peace of mind when you wear contact lenses an annual check up is recommended. In this 30 minute follow up we check your eyes and make sure that your contact lenses are still relevant to your vision, as your eyes can naturally change over time.

If needed, we can then amend the strengths of your contact lenses, making the necessary adjustments to suit your needs.
